Overview

New Septic Installation

A properly designed system begins with an accurate understanding of the site. We evaluate your soil and groundwater conditions, design a system sized to your home, secure the required approvals and complete the installation in coordination with your builder.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How long does a new installation take?

Most residential installations take three to seven working days on site. Design and permitting typically take several weeks and are completed before excavation begins.

What type of system will my property need?

The system type is determined by soil absorption rates, depth to seasonal groundwater and available space. We present the options permitted for your site after the evaluation.

Can you coordinate with my builder?

Yes. We schedule around foundation, well and utility work so the septic system does not delay construction.
